Pyasa Hiran – Poster Color + Mixed Media Painting

The Scene

This painting shows a deer drinking water. The name Pyasa Hiran came to me later, inspired by remembering the song that used to play at my school:

“Pyaasa hiran jaise dhoondhe hain jal ko...”

The deer is quietly drinking water, delicate and alert. The gentle posture of the deer creates a sense of calm, echoing the spirit of the song.
