About RandomLines

A few years ago, something unexpected happened — a project I had been passionately working on for months suddenly hit a dead end when my hard drive crashed. I was devastated, but after some time passed, I swore not to give up. I decided to make a few paintings to cover the repair costs for the drive. What began as a temporary solution slowly turned into a new direction for my life as an artist.

I’ve always been interested in art, music, and design, but I never found the time to fully explore them. That unexpected setback pushed me into art — otherwise, I don’t know if I would have ever started, or how many years later it might have taken if I had treated it as something secondary to a “secure” career.

I doubt I would have stayed on this path if I hadn’t had the main goal of getting my hard drive repaired. From what I discovered, creating original artwork requires immense perseverance, effort, and dedication — demanding blood, sweat, and tears along the way. This creative journey has taught me the ability to keep going despite setbacks, instilling patience and resilience that I carry forward in every painting I create.

There were times when ideas didn’t come easily, and I had to search, experiment, and try to tap into my own creativity. The process became a path of exploration, curiosity, and growth, and it aligned deeply with my passions. I feel this is a freeing way to live — one I might never have found without that obstacle.

A few of my paintings, like Phoenix Spirit and Phoenix, reflect this spirit of overcoming obstacles and embracing new possibilities. And as the quote says, “The process is where transformation happens.”

RandomLines is a reflection of my journey — learning, exploring, and growing through art in all its forms.
